As part of our work around the world Impropera offers workshops for young professional singers, students and non-professionals.

The sessions that, usually take place in parallel with our performances, seek to enhance the participants’

• Confidence as performers (through dealing with the unforseen and being creators of their own material)
• Freedom (vocally and physically)
• Ensemble (really listening to each other is essential when you are collectively creating a piece from nothing).

Groups we have worked with include:

• The Royal Opera Academy, Copenhagen
• The Helsinki Conservatoire
• And students from the Folkoperan Stockholm

As well as amateur groups in UK and Mainland Europe
